Welcome to Hiveround. By using the website, the marketplace, or the MCP server, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
who we are.
Hiveround is operated by Cambridge AI Technologies Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales. We host a marketplace where founders publish pitch documents and investors discover live raises through the website or via the MCP server.
accounts.
You need an account to post a project, request an intro, or use the authenticated MCP tools. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys secure, and for any activity under your account.
If you sign in through GitHub, the GitHub identity you use is the identity we associate with your activity. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
what you post.
You retain ownership of the content you post (your project name, pitch.md file, descriptions, links, logos). By posting it on Hiveround you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content as part of running the service — including making it available to investors and their agents through the MCP server.
You agree not to post:
- content you don’t have the right to publish;
- content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or hateful;
- pitches that misrepresent your project, traction, or fundraising status;
- code or material containing malware or attempts to attack the service.
We may remove any content at our discretion, including content that violates these rules or that creates legal or operational risk for us.
not investment advice.
Hiveround is a venue for founders and investors to find each other. Nothing on the site is investment advice, a solicitation to invest, or a recommendation. Investors are responsible for their own diligence. Founders are responsible for the accuracy of what they post.
We do not facilitate transactions, hold funds, or act as a broker, dealer, or financial intermediary. Any deal happens directly between the parties involved.
the mcp server.
Authenticated tools (request_intro, watch_project, update_watch, send_intro_message, and others) act on your behalf. Anything an agent does with your API key is your action.
Don’t share API keys, and revoke them from the dashboard if you suspect they have leaked. We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke keys that are used abusively.
service availability.
We work hard to keep the service available, but we don’t guarantee uptime. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. Where practical, we will give reasonable advance notice of material changes.
termination.
You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create risk for other users or for us.
On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) continue to apply.
disclaimers.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cambridge AI Technologies Ltd is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business opportunity.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the greater of £100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (such as for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).
changes to these terms.
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will post a notice on the site or email you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute relating to the service or to these terms will be brought in the courts of England and Wales, except that Cambridge AI Technologies Ltd may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.
